The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The interior strikes a lovely balance between style and comfort, with great attention to detail. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace overlooking the dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza — a true oasis of calm. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there felt like little celebrations. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel the spirit of Rome. The hosts were very attentive, always available and helpful. A fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy Rome in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

Todis convenience store right next to the building allowed us to prepare meals to our taste when we want a steer from local foods. The room is of decent size for our family of four. Digital check-in was seamless. Highly recommended

The host is very nice and helpful. Really serviceminded. It was easy to find the building, the garage and the apartment. You get some really good intruction videos from the host. The apartment was really clean and smelled very good when we arrived. The code locks are great. Very modern apartment, very beautiful! We loved everything about the apartment. Calm quiet area. Stores and pharmacy nearby. We took an uber to the center of Rome. Took our car to Ostia Antika. Very easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. We have nothing bad to say, everything was great!

From the moment we stepped in, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that felt both stylish and welcoming. It was incredibly spacious—our room comfortably fit three large suitcases laid open, which rarely happens! The bed was super comfy and even the sofa bed was just as cozy—it literally turns into a proper bed. The attention to detail was amazing. The apartment had everything we could need: toiletries like those you’d find in a 5-star hotel (body lotion, shampoo, soap, fresh towels), a washing machine, coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen. And the best part? They welcomed us with a chilled bottle of Prosecco—such a thoughtful gesture. The lovely couple who owns this place clearly put a lot of heart and effort into it. They’re hardworking and absolutely deserve all the praise. I recommend this place without hesitation—truly one of the best stays we’ve had!
