The rooms feature a private bathroom and a balcony. Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre. The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good. I would definitely stay here again .

The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. The property was in an amazing location, close to everything. It was clean and comfortable. Even in hot weather it was nice and cool. We found that the towels we originally got had a bit of a musty smell, probably from the way they were stored. We flagged this to the owners and although it wasn’t a big issue, they bought us brand new towels and brought them to us the next day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners are very kind and helpful!

Excellent location in downtown and walking distance to the railway station. The apartment was comfortable for our stay with the toddler as we had a full separate bed. The aperture is very spacious. Everything was brand new and working well. The decor was nice. We are happy we chose this place.

The bonus was that it is located over one of the best boulangeries in Annecy, and close to a number of excellent small shops (chocolaterie, fromagerie, etc etc). The areas is also very quiet and safe. The private off-street parking was only a short away and was a bonus!! Wifi was excellent. If you use the local buses, the no. 5 bus stop is only a few steps away.
