The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

Take note that if there is a heatwave, the apartment has no air conditioning. An electric fan is available and it was enough for us. The location is perfect for spending time in the lake and visits around Annecy. Highly recommended!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.... Lovely spot to walk to the beach and enjoyed wine, cheese and bread on the patio. Breakfast included in the room was such a nice touch.
