Great location within walking distance of the city center. There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Graz, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Whether it was a short walk to local attractions or finding great dining options nearby, everything was within reach. The experience started off smooth, with incredibly well-written instructions on how to access the apartment and parking. It made everything so easy and stress-free—great attention to detail! Once inside, I was blown away by the apartment itself. It was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The space felt modern and comfortable, with a special shout-out to the bed—it was unbelievably cozy! The hosts were incredibly accommodating as well. They were flexible with my check-in and check-out times, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place—you truly can’t go wrong!

Very well appointed, modern property with excellent facilities and inclusions. Exceptionally clean. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

The property is centrally located in a beautiful old house, the rooms are large, well furnished, exceptionally clean and generally very well maintained. Kitchenette and bathroom had all amenities, everything is brand new and works well. Excellent communication with the host! Super friendly and very professional.
