Well equipped, nice amenities like quincho, gym, pool and spa. The girl at the lobby (Martina) gives this place a big plus, even though I think she doesn't work for Fma, she is always trying to make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. She really is the best. Communication with Fma staff is always quick and on point. I highly recommend staying here specially during business days, not so much during the weekends or on holidays.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, es hermoso el lugar, limpio, seguro, práctico. Había servicio de limpieza. Queda a una cuadra de la plaza 9 de Julio, a 1 1/2 cuadra de Carrefour, a 1 cuadra de un estacionamiento, en fin, queda en el centro y cerca de todo. Cuenta con ascensor, agua fria/caliente y una cocina/comedor pequeña pero tiene lo necesario.

This was one of our best stays in Latin America during our 4 month trip. The apartment is big, centrally located, very clean and has everything you need. The shower is super hot and has a good pressure! Guillermo is a very welcoming host, he helps you with everything, is always antentive even until nighttime. Once he helped us out with something at 22:00 night. He gives you recomendations and information about Salta. Breakfast is included. I would recommend it to everyone 100%. The apartment itself is just as pictured and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

It was my place of rest during a long trip. Centrally located, a park a block away and many restaurants in the same street. A few blocks from the main square 9th July. The apartment is nice, and yes the shower overflows a bit as many people mentioned. But that does not take away from the rest.The bed is wonderful, good pillows and very comfy and nice sheets. Airconditioning was great, as it was hot during my stay. Last but not least, Fabricio is the best host ever, always available and replying quickly. And a great sense of humor. Loved it and would most certainly stay again.
