We liked everything. Good location, quiet street - if you like walking, it’s a 50-minute walk to the center, and if by tram, then about 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia. It was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. A well-thought-out combination lock system - no need to meet for transfer of keys.

As soon as you entered the room, you could immediately sense the smell of cleanliness and freshness. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rome’s central station, Termini. The owner was very attentive and kind, always trying to accommodate every possible request. The instructions for entering and reaching the apartment were clear and detailed, making it easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to find their way, no matter the time of arrival.

I loved every moment of my stay! The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean, with thoughtful details like Grown Alchemist toiletries (now that scent is forever tied to my Roman memories). The team was incredibly helpful - even though I called them like a million times, they were always kind and ready to assist. A special thanks for offering us an early check-in, it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even better. Many thanks again, and I can’t wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing.     Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station.
