Excellent hotel, brand new! Very helpful polite Friendly stuff, in the heart of Rome but located in a very quite and really beautiful yard that gives u privacy and an anazing view from the terrace. Beautifully rebuilt place in a modern style but also classic makes your staying an amazing experience. Ive ttavelled a lot and i think that this hotel was ny best staying ever all overthe world. I LOVED IT. In the reception a fully equipped place for breakfast but also for all day free snacks of quality and quantity! The Bed mattress was just SO COMFORTABLE. Full of service and smiley people to help and make yr staying just feel like home! I will be always when in Rome back there for my staying. TRULLY FULLY HIGH RECOMMENDED! thats how hotelling should be! Made my staying and holidays just amazing. Bravo !

Good location - 10 min walking from metro Ottaviano, bus also available, Pleasant and quiet neighborhood with small shops, pizzerias, patisseries and restaurants. The Vatican Museum is at maximum of 20 minutes' walking. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has a common hall and kitchen. I had the room from the left side with a large bed and an extendable armchair. The apartment is clean, newly renovated, cleaning is done daily. Had a mini fridge in the room. PIM supermarket 3 min away. The host is very kind and responds quickly to requests.

    Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

    Quiet Neighborhood but close to attractions with access to Bus and Metro Regional Trains, great hosts friendly and available. Lovely apartment, terrific penthouse lots of space and great views and access via loft also. Great restaurants and and also supermarkets close by.

    Marco was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. The key handover was done smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station.
