We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Location for nice calm vacation with kids is perfect. The appartment was clean, very nice, parking great, very close to the beach, and we had a great time spending days on the beach number 116. There was everything for kids. Claudia was so nice to order diner for us from very good restaurant. It is nice place where I would go again. You can also find shop with fruit and veg next street and tasty ice cream next to the train bridge. (Viale Catania)

We liked everything from check-in to check-out. Filippo is a professional! The room is very large and clean. The apartment had everything you need) The beach can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes. There is parking! We were pleased with our stay and will definitely come again 😁

This was a one of the best experiences on our vacations, if not the best. This apartment is great, furnish with taste and love, with everything what we need. You can see an effort invested in furnishing the apartment. Owners are friendly and nice, and this is giving a special note for this experience.     Nicely decorated modern apartment in close proximity to the beach. Good storage, kitchen with all accessories and a big plus for the many small practical things in place (soap, toilet paper, cloth washing soap, tissues and so on). Parking on property. Had a nice small terrace to dry clothes and where you can enjoy the morning coffee while overlooking the beach. Beach just in front with rental of chairs and umbrellas and with showers, toilets, restaurants and beach volleyball/padle tennis.

    It was really very nice and cozy apartment (studio) just across the street from the beach and sea and directly on the main promenade. Omar (our host) was very friendly and helpful. I can definitely recomend Residence Fanny.

    Great apartment which is super clean with 2 flatscreen tv’s & Netflix. Astoria Hotel staff is very helpfull and friendly who attended to all our communications. Lots of little restaurants close by as well as a Conad supermarket.

    Probably the nicest place I booked via this platform! The apartment we booked was modern, had everything you'd need, very clean, had nice and comfy beds and the staff was lovely and extremely nice. The airport is a walking distance from the rental which was quite nice. You have the beach near by, and if you don't fancy walking- you can take a bus to the city center.
