Everything was as perfect!!! Marilena is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Marlene met us when it was pouring with rain, she showed us where to park, she gave me an umbrella. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was like we had just met a long lost friend. So welcoming and an amazing array of food left for us which we could easily make a meal as well as breakfast. Although we didnt speak Italian and she didnt speak English, we communicated well, google translate helped. Our little dog Ria thought she had made a best friend for ever. Great stay..only one night but incredible one. Thank You Marlene.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands. Elisena is just the sweetest host – super friendly, warm, and full of good vibes. Always with a smile and truly doing everything with so much love. You can really feel it. Grazie mille! ❤️🇮🇹

    The view is amazing, the best we ever had and we travelled a lot; the garden is huge, quiet, cosy and very well maintained; The owner lives upstairs and is very nice; The apartment is rather big and has everything you need inside, including coffee filters, salt, spices, etc; The railway is 50 m from the property, but once asleep, it is not loud enough to bother you;

    The location of the property was good, there was a view of Lake Maggiore, albeit interrupted by other apartments. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and the host was very helpful and suggested a restaurant for a special meal, which was a good choice. The Parco Hermitage pool and grounds were lovely. As was the wine and food left as a welcome gift, that was a nice touch.

    Claudia is very hospitable and shared a lot of information about what to see and to do. The apartment, although slightly dated, is clean and has everything you need, great place to discover Lago Maggiore. The pool is fantastic.
