Everything was spotless clean. The host was amazing and super helpful. We had two young kids and the accommodation was perfect for them. The location is super as its really close to town and at the same time not noisy at all. perfect for a relaxed break.

An amazing apartment with everything we could have needed, in an amazing location. It is only a 2 minute walk into the heart of Baveno for food,a drink or to catch the ferry across the lake. I would highly recommend a stay here if your coming to the area.

When planning a vacation in October on Lake Majora, we were looking for cozy, comfortable apartments with private parking. An important condition was the location - going to the Alps, beautiful surroundings, traveling along the lake, and in the evening the opportunity to sit in a cozy cafe nearby. We found this Villa Regina e Oriente and the wonderful Alessandra, who knows how to make your vacation truly memorable. A nice bonus was Alessandra's offer to move into an apartment overlooking the lake, which became available. And right below our apartment there was an excellent pizzeria restaurant. Thank you, Alessandra, for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Recommendations 100%! We had the opportunity to live in two apartments, in both cases - clean, comfortable, stylish! and there is everything you need to feel at home.

    Clean apartment with good equipped kitchen and parking. Great view on mountains around. We were with 2 children, despite the small size of apartment, we felt ourselves comfortable: there're small bathroom with shower cubicle, big bed and a sofa for two, all necessary kitchen utensils and a refrigerator, a gas hob, an oven. We were provided with clear check-in instructions, responded promptly to any questions we had.

    Ca Luigia is a renovated apartment with a lot of attention to details, here the quality is very very high. The kitchen is very well furnished and beds are very comfortable. Everything is modern and perfect for customers need. The location is in a nice historic walkway to Mergozzo , Montorfano, through the forest along the lake. The contact with the agency was helpful and friendly. The surrounding places could be reached quickly and easily. Very good position in a very beautiful apartment! Perfect holiday, relaxing and peaceful
