Excellent communication and directions so easy to find. Beds and all rooms clean and comfortable. 5 mins to Mullingar town for restaurants yet still very quiet. Excellent opportunity to stretch your legs across the road along the tow path / greenway.

It was explained to us how to get in and pick up the keys, but we arrived with snow and Ms. Darlene warmly welcomed us in person, we appreciated it very much. The bnb apartment is on the left next to the main house, it is new, quiet, very cozy, perfectly clean and functional, one bedroom and another sofa bed right in front of the lit fireplace. First-rate towels. We had bought something to eat and were able to prepare dinner upon arrival. In the morning we prepared breakfast - Darlene provided us with pastries, everything is available for a continental breakfast from the bakery.Challenging weather but nice people. We'll be back

Hassle free stay was met by the owner Karl on arrival given keys and key fob great communication during booking to stay. The apartment was spotless, nice and warm Tea Coffee Milk etc all there for you walk in drop your bags, comfortable bed large Smart tv with good Wi-Fi. nice shower very comfortable stay and host was very friendly. 5 mins from Park Hotel, Lidl is only 2 mins away Thank you Karl .....

I love the peaceful in the place, my bedroom was so comfortable, the small kitchen have a lot of things that you can use, the dog was so friendly. The people in the place attend me really well and I aprecite their help so much.

Never wanted to leave. Niamh is an amazing host. We even had a Brown Bread (Soda bread) baking lesson. The cottages are beautiful and if you need a little company the dogs Sky and Storm or cat, Lightning will make themselves at home with you.

    We set this as our base for two nights. We were traveling from Donegal for our son to compete at the All Ireland Athletics Championships in Tullamore. The place is in a great location and the facilities were perfect for us. The owner was more than helpful letting us charge our EV using the outside socket. We have booked to stay again for future competitions.

    More like an apartment than a room. Excellent simple shared kitchen with fridge and microwave etc. Very modern and furnished and finished to a very good standard. If it was a hotel you would pay four times more for the standard. Bedroom was very large and very well furnished, reasonably large flat screen tv, a desk and enough room to swing multiple cats. Nice additional features such as books to read, spare charging plug and cable for a phone, fruit in a bowl.....
