We loved everything about this apartment. Great location and a wonderful host. Really nice, clean, modern apartment with easy access to the sea front and train station. The kitchen had everything you could need with a modern feel,with tea and coffee ready for your arrival. The bed was more than comfortable with ample supply of pillows. Parking was a little awkward, but there was plenty of parking on the roadside needed. Would definitely stay here again with a warm host and a lovely apartment 😊

The location was excellent, easy walk into Paignton and also to Goodrington beach. The flat was clean, well laid out, spacious and had everything you needed. And the host was available if you needed them (which we didn’t, but they let you know how to contact them if there were any problems)

Amazing location as you're close to alot of tourist locations and shops but far enough away to switch off and have peace and tranquility listening to the birds and watching the sheep whilst reading a book and enjoying a drink of your choice. The hut itself is well laid out and maximizes the internal dimensions of said hut with a super comfy bed, great kitchen facilities and well laid out bathroom with a reasonably sized shower with great pressure and hot as you like water. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax after a long day of walking. We met one of the hosts on arrival and was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and came across very approachable if we was to have any queries or questions during our stay (which we didn't). Whether you're looking for an isolated location away from typical coastal hotels/b&bs with great access to beaches/costal towns or somewhere to relax and switch off after long walks along the south west coastal paths or Dartmoor national park then this place is a must. My only regret is not asking one of the hosts if there was availability for 3rd night before leaving. Me, my wife & dog will definitely be returning.
