Overall, it was the best for our family of 5. First of all, it is good value for money and the owner, Beatriz, is very friendly and communicates well. I was so grateful that she came to our apartment in person to solve the problem we had, even though it was the middle of the night. Welcome wine greeted us, and the house was really clean, convenient, and cutely decorated, so we could feel the owner's attention to detail. The bedding is also very clean. There is a secure parking lot underneath the apartment, which is very convenient for those traveling by car, and the Puerto Venecia shopping mall is very well-maintained, making it a great place for shopping and dining. I recommend Zaragoza to travelers looking for a place to stop for a day on their way from Madrid to Barcelona (or vice versa), and I especially recommend this apartment by Beatriz!

-Great location - 5 minutes walk to a large park, 5 minutes to the tram stop. 10 minutes to the city center by car, or 20 minutes by tram, including walking to the stop and waiting for the tram. -The apartment fully met expectations - clean, well renovated, air conditioning, two full bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay - dishes, appliances, etc. -It is difficult to find accommodation with normal parking in Zaragoza. Here this issue is also well solved - paid parking is located 1-2 min. walk away, there are no problems with maneuvering and finding free spaces. -It is easy to get the keys - when we were near the apartments, I called the owner and she opened the door remotely. -I also want to separately mention the owner of the accommodation - she is wonderful. First, she provided detailed instructions about parking, and about all the main aspects of the accommodation - keys, wi-fi, air conditioning. She also left us a bottle of water and cookies. There were plenty of capsules for the coffee machine, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc.

The apartment has been thought through in great detail, and the space maximised very cleverly. Contact was extremely prompt, responsive, and clear. All of the furniture was comfy, particularly the sofa, which is quite unusual in our experience. Well equipped kitchen and loads of nice touches to make it homely. Street parking nearby is possible for up to 2 hours free in blue zones and if you arrive late and outside of chargeable time, simply feed the machine, and it will roll over until 11am the following morning. Underground parking is 12.95 euros for 24 hours. Recommend family restaurant San Siro 8 mins walk away for food and drink and excellent service.

The apartment was furnished in older european style which gave it it's charm. The parking is under the building with key access only. The host was excellent. It has one of the best views of the Ebro river, the Catedral-Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar and stone bridge Puente de Piedra. A short walk will take you over the river to the church. There are many restaurants close by and worth a tour. Gracias and Thanks from Australia

    A well appointed smaller apartment as advertised. Juan and Helena provided some extras like first aid supplies, coffee, milk and water. We were impressed they clearly communicated how to access the key box and came by the next morning to check and we were happy. We had a rental car so the fact the apartment is about 8 km out of Zaragoza a car is needed but it is very close to motorways into the city. What a gem of a city Zaragoza is.

    A lovely clean and nicely decorated apartment. spoiled by grubby marked bed linen. Perfect for a family as well with bunk beds in the second room as well as a sleeper couch. We were close to everything! I do not understand why there is no washing machine detergent in apartments offering this service. Also, we understand it’s self catering but please leave capsules/grounds/ sachets for one cup of coffee or tea.

    The apartment is like a history to the owners. Stunning, beautiful and extremely well prepared for our arrival. Spotlessly clean with everything you could imagine for a long or short stay. About a 25 minute walk to the amazing old town but with a number of friendly local restaurants and bars outside the front door. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends

    I think this was the best apartment where we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. The location, close to everything by foot, very nice and helpful host, modern apartment, quiet, very well equipped. We had coffee and milk and a little something to eat in the morning.

    My wife and I stayed in this flat for four nights and we strongly recommend it for a short stay. The biggest plus are definitely the location just across the Puente de Piedra, the covered parking place across the street, the size of the apartment which is also relatively quiet (it does not face the street, but the back/inside) and, last but not least, the host Pepe is very friendly and accommodating.
