Since we travelled with a small child, it was great to have a kitchen in the room. Also the room was clean and nice. There was no personal when we arrived but it was not required since The online check-in was simple and straightforward. There are two markets under the hotel, so we could buy anything we needed. The kitchen appliences, and necessary tools were all present. You do not need to reserve a parking, the street nearby had empty space for us all the time.

fantastic location. clean. large apartment with 2 x bedrooms one with large double bed and 1 with 2 x single beds. then have 2 x bathrooms and toilets and showers. all come with towels and toiletries. has small kitchenette fully equipped and large fridge and a separate smaller freezer. large comfy couch in living room with TV. beds very comfortable. service excellent. Hadi got in touch with us to check what time we arrive then texted photos and details of lock box which made getting in so easy. we asked for extra towels and Hadi had them there within the hour. nothing was too much trouble. upon leaving we simply left the keys in the lockbox. the place is in an alley off the main pedestrian mall of marienplatz and stochastic which both had wonderful Christmas markets and an open air ice rink. restaurants and beer halls minutes away on foot with burger place and Italian restaurant either side of entrance into apartments. if ever staying in Munich again it will definately be at this place. 10 out of 10.

Such a beautiful place, compact but had everything you could possible need and so close to the city centre. In fact it was too easy to linger there rather than get out into the city! Comfortable bed (a must have for me). A great host who was prompt and kind.

    Hello, everyone! Location was super! Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it. The dishes and kitchen equipment was OK.
