we loved the location and the apartment was very clean and bright 🌞 I found the bed was a little uncomfortable and could perhaps use a new mattress or at least a mattress topper. We very much appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine in the apartment. The 8th floor was quiet, with balcony and a great view of the city. Lots of cupboards for storing clothes and luggage. Building was very clean and felt secure. Loved the fact we were right in the main walking plaza and close to everything.

The place is cozy, and the Itala, the owner is such a great host. The facilities are awesome. You can spend a couple of days or an entire week without problems. Is in the middle if town but the street is super quiet. You will find everything around.

The host is soooo lovely, kind and sweet. She gave me fantastic recommendations for wine tasting in the region and everywhere I went was fantastic. The apartment is lovely, clean, large, so comfortable and the pool has a view of the Andes. A fantastic place to stay.

    Great little flat to base yourself in Mendoza. The bed is very comfortable and shower is great. We really liked the location, close to everything. Quiet at night and easy to access being the ground floor. Flat had everything we needed to cook. The host was lovely and super helpful when finding a rental car and giving recommendations.

    Spacious and clean apartment in a prime location. Basic furnishing and kitchen needs. Very nice hosts and Paula who takes care of your needs. With minor upgrades, this would be a very upscale Mendoza rental. Very flexible. Our flight was delayed a lot and Paula waited for us. Walking distance to almost all Mendoza facilities and an easy and reasonably priced uber trip to wineries.

    Valeria was incredibly welcoming! She allowed us to check in early and greeted us as we arrived in our taxi from the airport. She spoke very good English and saved me the embarrassment of speaking my terrible Spanish! 🙂 She provided us with lots of useful information and was quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. The apartment/studio itself is in a great location - close to both the Parque General San Martin and Mendoza's centre. The neighborhood is quaint and safe. The apartment/studio is very clean, tidy and well maintained.

    A compact studio apartment on the 5th floor with a comfortable bed, hot water, strong WiFi, good AC and reasonably equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The shower is a bit small and is a wet room, but is fine for a few days. The studio is priced accordingly and is great value. Highly recommended.
