Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel has family rooms. Everything was perfect. The Numa management made sure they took care of communicating every detail. We had no issues with anything. The apartment is just like in the pictures. There is also a Washing machine in the apartment which I don't recall reading about. We ran out of bodywash in the dispensers which they took care of immediately when we texted them. The location was great - very close to Milano Centrale. Overall a great experience.

The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, new, modern with natural materials, amenities were great, spa was great, view incredible both from the apartment as well as from the jacuzzi. Drink included was also a nice addition. Alpacas were so lovely, you can take extra also an alpaca walk, totally worth it. Parking underground was also something that I liked . Staff was amazing, always jumping to make sure our stay was memorable

The building has a pool, gym and a garden around. Very nice place.

I super love their staff. The hosts Paulene and Suzana were excellent. They were nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. As we got in early they allowed us to store our luggage with them and they brought our bags up to the room when it was ready. The room was excellent. I love that the windows when opened can hear people chatting outside or singers just singing beautiful songs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Clean. Bathroom clean too and large. Tub was a nice touch. Overall will come back and better yet will share with the office and with my friends and family.

The location is outstanding, walking distance to the centre of town/Duomo, and 2 minute walk from the metro which is extremely convenient. The place is extra clean and the staff are outstanding , friendly and very helpful. Beds are very comfortable, and there is a fridge in the room with some water, soft drinks and beer, all free of charge. I can only praise this place and highly recommend it. No breakfast served at the guest house itself, but they do provide a 20% discount card to a really nice place for breakfast located just around the corner
