The views of the mountains and lake were stunning from breakfast in the morning to sitting in the hot tub at night and star gazing. The Duplex was beautifully furnished, clean, spacious and with air conditioning in every room and electric shutters to cool us on super hot days. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all you need. There is also another balcony of this space which looks across the hillside to the back of the building. Both outdoor spaces between them have furniture to sit and relax, eat outside, and loungers to relax on as well as the large hot tub. The host was wonderful and welcoming, great communication in the days before we arrived, and gave us local information on the things we were looking for and transport options.

Les Jardins du Chateau offers a terrace. The host is extremely nice and accommodating. The place is huge, really well located, clean, very quiet, with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was great for sitting outside on the summer mornings and evenings. Overall we had a great stay and are willing to return!

The property looks brand new. Very clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Max welcomed us and took us to our room. Even brought my suitcase in. We loved our room on the first floor. Super comfortable bed, nice equipped mini kitchen, free wifi, tv, a/c and a terrace. The backyard has a mini petanca game, and we loved playing it. They have a gated private parking for 10€ a day. You can also park outside for free. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. A very convenient Organic mini market right across the street. Half an hour walk to town. Or an easy 10 minute drive. Highly recommended.

It is located 1 km from Lake Annecy, a 3-minute walk from the train station and it has a 24-hour reception. The Room was equipped with all the Modern Amenities and was a luxurious Studio Apartment. It has a small kitchen with a Dishwasher and all the required Cutlery which was very helpful in making our own Dinner. The location is very good as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. They also have good complementary coffee anytime you want.

Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

The Séjours & Affaires Annecy Le Pont Neuf is located 3 km from Lake Annecy and 1 km from Annecy’s historic centre. It provides access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski resorts, 45 minutes away by car. We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!
