The hotel/apartment was very nice and comfortable. Very good location, not too far away from town, and if you don't want to walk, the buses are easily accessible. The staff are very helpful and friendly and if there's anything you need, they are always there to assist you. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

Everything almost brand new and great design. Rooms also very clean. We also liked the location, it’s on the first level on the shopping mile. Fresh water bottles were supplied and replaced too. Spacious rooms with enough storage space. We loved the bathroom supplies by Rituals. If you need parking, I would recommend the port parking for 3€/all day parking - it’s approx. 10 minutes walking distance.

This hotel is very close to the port, airport, and main street. And there is also a delicious chicken restaurant nearby. The hotel is very clean and quiet. In particular, the hotel manager solved many of our inconveniences quickly and accurately. Even though I suddenly asked for a rental car, I was able to pick up my car in front of the hotel the next day and move in a good mood. If I go to Crete again someday, I will visit this hotel.

    I absolutely loved my stay at this incredible aparthotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, with the Heraklion Archaeological Museum just a short distance away. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a balcony offering stunning city views. The free WiFi was a great bonus, and having a fully equipped kitchen was so convenient. I'm wholeheartedly endorsing this to everyone. It's highly commendable!

    Superb room, with TV provided entertainment, and the bathroom was impeccable, complete with free toiletries and a hair dryer. The attention to detail, from the comfortable bed linen to the fluffy towels, was truly impressive. Plus, being just a stone's throw away from Heraklion Port and Koules added to the overall convenience. I can't wait to return to this wonderful aparthotel!
