The hotel is fabulous. The staff are amazing. Damarys (server at the beach) was a ray of sunshine. She was so happy and positive. Also Gabriel (at building 3 restaurant) was very attentive and friendly. Love the app to reserve the restaurants. Lots of beach chairs around the pool and at the beach. Activities/entertainment are fun. Highly recommend this resort.

It is a magical oasis set in the beautiful Tulum jungle. We stayed in a room with our own pool and I highly recommend. It was the perfect place to come and chill out for our last 3 nights of our holiday by relaxing by the pool, doing some meditation (offered by the accommodation) and enjoying the sunshine. The restaraunt is amazing, BEST guacamole we've ever eaten and the most incredible Cocktails menu! I really wanted somewhere to eat authentic mexican food and that is exactly what we got. You can also borrow bikes from the accommodation and bike to nearby Cenote's. We visited 2x different ones in one day, super close and beautiful to experience!

From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Amazing food at the Asian restaurant and at the Sea Side restaurant. Staff polite, friendly and professional as a 5 stars should be. Staff very efficient. Common areas clean. Room clean and private concierge very efficient
