What a lovely place - we loved it and are looking forward to going back! Food was lovely, staff outstanding (especially the singing omelette chef at breakfast, who is an absolute star!) and we really enjoyed everything about the place.

All of it! The staff were friendly, helpful & wecoming! There was a leak in the bathroom that was dealt with quickly, and there was an offer of another room if it couldn't be fixed! The manager Carlos (11/10) went above and beyond to help me solve a situation that could have been a disaster. I'm very thankful!

El Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica - All Inclusive está ubicado en Runaway Bay, a poca distancia a pie de la playa y a 5,5 km del parque acuático flotante de la playa de Puerto Seco, y cuenta con piscina... We liked that there were lots of places to go in the pool. We also liked the layout of the pool. Our room had a balcony and we really enjoyed that. We enjoyed the snack bar and the lunch buffet. There were lots of fish by the small beach in the cove, really great for snorkeling! As a small family of 3, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Honestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.
