We are very grateful to this hotel for the excellent service they provided. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and housekeeping even came by again while we were having dinner to tidy up and leave fresh towels. The rooms have everything you need and great attention is paid to detail. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The rooms also have terraces with a beautiful view — very convenient for smokers. There are several restaurants where you can eat for free, and the food was delicious! There was a lot of variety, especially in the desserts. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even with our four-year-old son. There’s even a kids' club where you can leave your child, and fun activities are provided for the children as well.

This only adults hotel with 5-star Grand Luxury, is surrounded by 2 white sandy beaches, and it is ideal for enjoying all that Lanzarote has to offer – year-round sunshine, tropical gardens and great... Everything was perfect, the staff was very kind, they exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very peaceful, beautiful, the architecture is amazing, and the food, the swimming pools, everything was great. We went for The Reserve experience, and I think it is worth it, and recommend having it.
