Out of the ordinary treatment with world-class service at The Donna Portals Uncover the extraordinary at The Donna Portals Hotel, a bold beachfront haven where relaxation meets style. The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing —5*. Very high standard of food selection Hotel across from a little beach and very close to other restaurants within walking distance. Great location

The breakfast and dinner buffets were both delicious and very varied with staff always on hand to help. The room was super clean and we often came back to an extra treat left for us. The location was ideal with a path right along the beach, bars and restaurants nearby and ample parking made it easy to access with a car. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment

Looking over Alcúdia Bay, this holiday hotel is set beside sand dunes and pine forests and in front of sands and Mediterranean waters. Very good food, we had breakfast and dinner. Perfect view from the pool, nice beach, calm area of the hotel.

LOVED our stay at Sunprime Pollensa Bay. This hotel has it all - spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff, beachfront and buffees with amazing selection of food and goods. Really appreciated the little welcome snacks and wine in the room. Would 100% recommend and come back!
