Everything is perfect the resort is very big but well organized WiFi is working everywhere you are, the staff is very helpful in everything. The rooms are big and very clean, the food was good many choices. The beach is so beautiful and if you are lucky enough to catch the jellyfish season is something unique as they are not harmful like we are used to see. I definitely recommend

To be honest, everything. 1-First Impression from arriving to departing, they really make sure that you have a premium experience. They took you luggage and send it to your room. They have welcome drinks and cold towels while you are waiting for you check in. The hotel is very grand and the architecture is amazing. 2- The Room we stayed in a executive room with a pool. The pool systems are connected but they were very clean( no pool smell (chlorine) in any of the pools. If you know you know). There were hedges around the garden you really didnt knownthat you were in the middle of a desert. Be weary that our type of rooms dosent offer 100% privacy. The upper room and the ones next to you could see you if they wanted to. The rooms around us were full and we handt have any issues (anyone peeping). The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff has greeted us and told that if we need anything, he would have it done asap. There is a sizeable wardrobe in the room As an all inclusive we had a kettle the coffe setup a full minibar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We had snaks as well, that would be refilled everyday, you might have to call for it. Ther pillows and the bed was very comfortable. And the black out curtains were amazing. One of the best i have seen. 3- Food For alacat restaurants you have to make reservations from a qr code thats on the booklet that you room key is in. The Safari Bar in the loby is open 24/7 has some reqlly good dinks. And the quality of the drinks were amazing (the taste ) just a note that of you want a spesific brand of drink it might coast extra in any bar Aqua pool and beach bar is good to but in our opinion it was more the mass consumption does effect the quality a bit still very good tho. Maya and Cabana restaurants are both open for lunch and dinner. The food was good. Arabesque and Benisuma restaurants are open oly for dinner.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. The rooms were spotless and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness—special thanks to Tarik, who did an incredible job keeping our room perfect every day. The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A big shoutout to the barmen in the lobby who went above and beyond to make our mornings enjoyable with their warm smiles and cappuccino

Madinat Makadin sydämessä sijaitsevassa 5 tähden JAZ Aquavivassa on Makadi Water World -vesipuisto, jossa on 50 adrenaliinia nostattavaa vesiliukumäkeä, ja lisämaksullinen 18-reikäinen mestaruustason... Staff were super helpful, especially Zahraa who was always willing to help answer queries and make arrangements for my family. It was my son's birthday on the first night and Zahraa arranged for a wonderful reception and birthday cake Food was very nice especially the bbq and the desserts. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were always provided when request. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to others and we look forward to visiting again.

Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh tarjoaa ylellistä majoitusta erinomaisella paikalla Sahl Hasheeshin lahdella. The staff is amazing specially the front desk people. Moustafa upgraded us to a sea view room that was really nice. The hotel is super clean, food was nice with a big variety. I was celebrating my father’s birthday and the guest relations arranged for us a complimentary cake. Also checkout was fast and easy, Michael was very helpful. The beach and infinity pool are breathtaking. I liked the adults only areas where it was quitter and more relaxing.

We’ve got complementary room upgrade and late checkout. Friendly staff starting from reception ( Remon, Miriam and Maged) and the rest of the staff friendly helpful and positive. Housekeeping was good ( Mohamed did his best to make our stay comfortable). Italian restaurant was one of the best things we've experienced at the resort. The main restaurant food was good and always available. Heated swimming pool with the bar in it very enjoyable.

My husband and our three teenage boys just returned after a week holiday in this beautiful hotel. We had one of our best ever vacation there. We stayed at the Family Swim Up Suite all inclusive, with Posh Club. The suite was great, big, comfortable, well equipped, (superb air-conditioning which was needed) Beautiful sandy beach with easy access and always available sunbeds, several international a ’la carte restaurants with great food, theatre with shows in the evening, everything you wish to have for your holiday. Sport and other activities throughout the day, great entertainment. However the best of all was the staff. The excellent service they provide. Professional, polite always smiling and helpful. I would like to say a big „Thank you” to the waiters of the Posh Club, Khalil, Shahenda, Mustafa and the others who all do a great job and are always very kind. A special thanks to our housekeeper Amr who kept our rooms nice and clean, always there when we needed some assistance. And the biggest „Thank you” goes to our amazing butler Mina!! He was the best. He was there for us day and night, whatever we wished for he made it happen. Mina you made our vacation to a dream! Thank you all, we loved it and cannot wait to go back!
