From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort prioritises family well-being and comfort. Every member of my family was well taken care of – from the youngest to the oldest – and that made all the difference. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for families looking to relax and reconnect. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the location is simply stunning. What I loved most was how stress-free everything felt. We could truly relax, enjoy quality time together, and make amazing memories. I’m beyond happy with our stay and can’t wait to return to this wonderful holiday destination. Az erkelyajtón van elhúzható szúnyogháló, ami remek a bogarak ellen. Két párnát is kaptunk, az ágy makulátlan tiszta, jó nagy a matrac kényelmes. ❤️ A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és mosolygós.🙂 A medencék nagyon klasszak, szuperek a napágyak és az ernyők. 👙🕶️🩴🌊 Szép minden. Az étteremben rengeteg finomság volt, hatalmas választék és bőséges mindenből. Amiből már egy kicsi is fogyott, máris pótolták és hozták a komplett teli tálat. A sütemények isteniek, azt sem tudja az ember melyiket egye, minden nagyon finom volt, tuti hízás van egy hét alatt, legalább 3 kiló 😂 Összességében csodálatos hetet töltöttünk el és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ❤️🙂 Köszönjük ❤️❤️

We also received a champagne and some candy as a gift in our room.

Rome Palace Deluxe offers accommodation in the Eastern part of Sunny Beach and a 15-minute walk away from the centre. We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.
