All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the staff who was super friendly (Jaqueline in the reception, Hector and his friends in the bar, Dani and his friend who helped us finding the bus, and all the others of course). All the food was amazing, Starbucks and bars. We loved the activities with Brenda and Maria. The room and bathroom was really nice. We loved the facilities outside. We loved everything. We are dreaming back to this place a lot, and we will definitely come back one day! The best hotel I’ve been to. Thank you!

Great Hotel with 5* services. very well trained staff, nice people in all positions. High standard restaurants and bars (lots of selections), the pools are warm enough, the beach is beautiful and just right there. The bus stop to Cancun Center is just a few meters from the hotel, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres can be reached by walk (15 minutes).
