Excellent location directly on the beach. Pleasant staff. Good food. Beach area was lovely, with natural shade from palm trees. Housekeeping was fine. Lovely room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is well named as an ‘Inn’ as it has that relaxed informal atmosphere. I appreciated that we were given a quiet room as requested, upgrading the room so that they could fulfil the request. It’s not too influenced by American culture as a few of the other Negril hotels are, so tipping was discrete and there were no pointless TV screens in the restaurant, which pleased us.

The hotel is right on the beach and you can stroll in the sand for hours, There are restaurants all over. Accross the street on the other side there is a department store, The owner of the Hotel is Dominique, Canadian and very helpful though we know all good restaurants in the area. All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

This hotel is amazing! The grounds are beautiful. The beach is perfect. It gets a lovely sunset. The free activities are fun. Book into the fancy restaurant for dinner - its really good. There is a little red flag you get at the pool/beach and when you put it up the waiter comes to take your order. The room fridge is restocked daily. There is ice and water availalbe in each room block to fill up waterbottles. There are 3 hot tubs - find the hidden one behind the diving pool - its beautiful. Food is great. Everyone bring big 'stanly cups' and the bar will fill it up with your chosen drink

This is a gem in Negril. All the other places are awful concrete monsters. Sunset at the palms is a tranquil garden with charm. It's quiet, close to the beach, with super friendly staff, good food, a well equipped gym (you can get massages and other spa treatments, too, but I didn't). All the cabins a spacious, well equipped with awesome bathrooms and little balconies.
