I had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived at the reception :) The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The property is beautifully green with a large pool, and the food is delicious and varied. There is an à la carte restaurant on site, and right next to the hotel is La Torre del Mirador, where the seafood is simply incredible. Additionally, there are excellent Italian and Asian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an ocean view and a minibar, plus daily cleaning and fresh water replenishment. The poolside service was excellent, and the gym, which overlooks the ocean, was a highlight along with yoga classes. This is the perfect spot if you're not planning to travel around the island, as it offers everything you need — diverse beaches, a beautiful coastline, and delicious restaurants. However, if you do plan to explore the island, the location is also very convenient, with quick and easy access to Los Cristianos, Los Americas, and it's only a 5-minute drive to Siam Park and other attractions. The hotel offers free underground parking, and it has direct access to two sandy beaches, one with black volcanic sand. The breakwaters make swimming very pleasant. The location is fantastic — close to all major attractions but quiet and peaceful, away from clubs and parties. Every evening, there was live music at the hotel, adding a nice touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a high-quality vacation experience with friendly, smiling staff, great service, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and all the necessary amenities. This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Everything was perfect. My sister and I were here for a relaxation week and it was memorable. We are both visually impaired, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The duty manager, Myriam, was highly professional and insured we always got the help we needed. Thanks a lot also to Jason for showing us around. Alexa and the rest of the staff at the main restaurant were super helpful, and Joe from guest relations was also literally the nicest ever, he made sure we had a great time. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and varied. The cafe and pool bars all offer great service. The rooftop bar. is great, we loved the vibes and we got the best shisha ever, thanks Jony, if I got the name right 😄 We also enjoyed all the drinks we got. The spa and waterzone were also great. All the hotel areas smelled really good We are definitely coming back! 😊

The hotel ambiance is truly exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and dedication contribute significantly to a delightful stay. The atmosphere is very friendly. The hotel itself is somewhat standard, attracting many tourists. The pool area tends to be crowded with limited space. Breakfast sees a sizable crowd, but the seating is well organized. The breakfast offerings are delicious. The pool bar offers less appetizing food; it's not recommended. However, breakfast is delicious, and there's a great terrace, including a rooftop area with a unique naked zone.

we were very near the pool, the staff and the facilities excellent
