Was a nice stay in DLX room with a sea view. Daily cleaned, food was delicious, drinks as well. Staff were amazing, helpful and kind. There is a pier to go for open ocean. Very usefull for (lets say advanced) snorchelers. You may join the program there to not get bored. Big thank you to the staff and all the respect to them! When we will need again rest after diving, we will happily come back here, without a doubt 🙂 Petra & Daniel

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome! In reception Mustafa Othman gave us all the information we needed, placed us in a beautiful room with pool and sea view and helped us reserve a table at the a la carte shellfish restaurant! We were made to feel like VIPs from the first moment! Mohamed Adel made us two first class lattes while we waited for our room to be prepared and for the driver to take us in the buggy. The room was superb and very spacious! With a beautiful terrace and during our stay the cleaner checked on us and brought fresh fruit during the day. The reef you can swim along from the pier was stunning and we had the great fortune to swim with a turtle here! The food and restaurants are first class and when I asked in soprano restaurant one morning if they could prepare a special birthday table for my wife it was no problem even with the late notice. Ahmed Wifky sorted it out for me in only 10 minutes and I was able to surprise my wife. Thank you!! The aqua park was fantastic for the kids, as well as the evening dance show! We were very sad to leave this resort but when we needed to meet the gobus to Cairo Ahmed Bakaran went out of his way to ring the bus company and ensure everything went smoothly for us!we really felt like VIPs!! I highly recommend this resort!!

A fantastic place—this time we visited the hotel spontaneously, but it’s already one of our many stays here. The hotel is perfectly located, with excellent service and very good food. I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!
