The hotel is lovely, well decorated, modern and contemporary. The staff is amazing and welcoming, the food and drinks are really high quality. My son loved the aqua park, the most perfect. Amado from the animation team can make dreams come true👌

The hotel staff was superb. They solved any request in the best way, whether it was minor or major. The room and facilities were always spot-clean.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended resort. Professional kind friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love.the resort is very clean and exellent food with variety restaurants, everything on time. And thank to my heroes my superman butler Mr. Jose and the greatest receptionists at VIP lounge they push my statement to the next level with the best services. Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez. I did enjoy the Aqua Beach Club met amazing Angelo, Yuleisy, Delvin, Maximo, Agustin, Noelia and Kiara. See you soon guys.

Staff were excellent , very friendly and efficient . Choice of food and restaurants was great. The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner was a work of art . Facilities were great , lots of programme for adults and kids. We will definitely come back

We were very pleased that there was a hobie wave at the resort which we sailed several times for no additional charge.

All the staff were amazing full of happy smiles and enthusiasm. Especially at the KidsClub, very professional but extremely friendly. It was an amazing holiday and would definitely go again.

This resort was amazing. The pool spaces were beautiful and the swim up bar was excellent. There were bars everywhere, you are never far from a (strong) drink! I liked the variety of the breakfast and lunch buffets. Being buffets, some things will be sat out for a while but I always found it to be nice quality. You also have the option to have à la carte breakfast and lunch and there are regular lunch events on the beach like BBQs and paella. There were 5 à la carte restaurants on site for dinner. The Peruvian one in particular was great. The staff were all amazing and so nice. I never noticed a difference in how we were treated when we tipped and when we didn't. They were always friendly and helpful (and a lot of them are very funny). One night, they gave a cirque de soleil type performance and it was absolutely incredible. There was also karaoke night, and some other activities. We had the most basic room - the air con and soundproofing were great and there was a bathtub in the room (as well as a walk in shower) plus a balcony. The huge advantage of this resort is it is adults only, but you have access to everything on the family side too (including all the restaurants). We went to the gym on the adults only side the first day, but it was small. Then we found the gym on the family side was much bigger and better-equipped (and almost always empty). The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the staff are constantly tending to the grounds to make sure everything is as beautiful as possible. Check out is as 12 but if you have a late flight, you still get to use/eat/drink everything as usual, and there are courtesy showers so you can clean off before getting your flight. The price tag was excellent and we had the best week!

It was like an amusement park with lots of facilities. Even when there were a bit more people they opened stands with serving additional foods and coctails beside of the many restaurants and bars so you had always chance to eat and drink. You do not need to leave the hotel at all. They filled up the minibar whenever you called the reception. The lady at the beach pool served us continuously even if we had not asked her. The beach was very clean as they cleaned it up every day the leaves however when the wind was bigger the water was not capable for swim due to the many sea weeds in it. Compared to other hotels here was the nicest beach in this bay.
