Very friendly, professional and helped me with everything I needed. I loved the location and felt very safe and a great stay for someone keeping the budget low. Loved that I was next to the mall. Definitely recommend this place to everyone trying to save money and feel safe in a great location.

Hyatt Place Ann Arbor is situated 3 km from University of Michigan. It offers free WiFi and an indoor pool. Each room is air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV. room was clean, modern, had a tv. Hotel is close to downtown and restaurants, not a walking distance tho. Breakfast was poor. We went out and had a breakfast somewhere else. Reception guy wasn't friendly. However, online check out was nice.
