We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely and spacious (much appreciated!). DInner was also very good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful, always looking for ways to be helpful and always smiling. Free airport shuttle was also greatly appreciated. We also hired a driver (Wahab) for the day through the hotel and he was excellent.

The host was fantastic, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and it has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. It’s in a very calm area, easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I definitely want to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Great town for a week in Uganda. Friendly people, good bars, shopping and tourist attractions. Easy access to Kampala or Jinja for a longer drive out. Spend some time here before setting out into the country.

This was my 5th visit to Entebbe and I always wish I could stay longer. It is usually a start and end to my journey to Gulu where I spend most of my time. The botanical garden with a guide is great; our favorite part is the vervet monkeys who will play near you and even interact with you if you just sit and watch them. The victoria mall is nice if you are looking for more western shops and the grocery there is great; has everything you need. The craft village across the road from Victoria mall has lots of gifts/souvenirs; the vendors can be a little pushy but not terrible. if you say no thank you they will respect that.

Entebbe is a good small city to visit, if you don't want the full Ugandan experience. Having said that, you will be able to easily find whatever you want there but you may miss the real Uganda. Entebbe is a nice and clean town with many tourist attractions to visit. I highly recommend leaving Entebbe to see the many other wonderful things in the Pearl of Africa. Njagala nnyo Uganda!!!
