I had meetings at Ljubljana Airport and this is the best place to stay that is very close to the airport. It is a small hotel with an excellent restaurant! The facilities are very clean and well maintained! The rooms are ok. I got a room with two small bedrooms (2 single + 1 single bed) which is the only minus for someone that is used to a big bed. The surroundings are extremely quiet and there is nothing around the hotel but family houses. The only noise is the small river passing just next to the hotel and the church bell which is ringing at 7am... ;)

Jagodic Garni Hotel is located in the village of Vopovlje, 3 km from the airport and 18km from the city of Ljubljana. We liked the location of the hotel, nice surrounding and very close to the airport. After we had dropped off our rental car, the hotel staff came and picked us up at the airport. (cheaper than the taxi from there. The hotel looks nice and had a good breakfast.
