The entire staff was exceptionally helpful always ready with a smile and willing to assist. Our experience with the guest services concierge was outstanding, particularly thanks to Mr. Ramzi. Everything was top-notch: the delicious food, beautifully maintained rooms, prompt room service, and the wide range of activities available. We also loved the atmosphere, food, and the staff at Riva’s Italian cuisine and Ted’s American Diner was great too, and the magic shows were a fun surprise. Thanks to Ishaque, Nauaju, and Arbaj.
