Alaroots Fakarava, en Fakarava, ofrece alojamiento solo para adultos con jardín y salón de uso común. Se ofrece wifi gratis y cocina compartida. Son unas cuantas habitaciones en el jardín de la casa de una familia. Las habitaciones por algún motivo tienen el suelo de coral, así que no se puede ir descalzo, por lo que es muy incomodo. No te ofrecen absolutamente ningún servicio. No nos contestaron nunca el mensaje que les pusimos con meses de antelación y el whatsapp no funciona. Te dicen que hagas autoestop para llegar desde el aeropuerto, pero me parece absolutamente inviable porque ahi solo hay transfers, no particulares. El segundo día les pedimos ayuda preguntándoles por un tour y nos dijeron "no lo sé". Es decir, ni lo intentaron. Lo unico que nos recomendaron (un restaurante) estaba cerrado (no se si por vacaciones o para siempre), pero hay 4 cosas en todo el pueblo, no saber eso.... El ultimo dia la dueña se enfadó con nosotros y nos perdió las maneras por rellenar nuestra botella con el agua que tienen para consumir. Dicen que para cocinar ahi si, pero para beber fuera no (señora, no hemos cocinado ahi nunca, se gasta mucha mas agua para hervir pasta que rellenando una botella de medio litro, no se puede ser tan tacaña!!!). En cualquier caso, nunca nos avisaron que no se podía. Solo hay 1 baño (y una ducha) para todos los huéspedes, lo que me parece una locura (aunque nunca tuvimos problema). Solo ponen un rollo de papel higiénico, para que nadie se los lleve! Señora, estamos pagando un alojamiento, tenemos derecho a papel higiénico... El ultimo día teníamos el vuelo a las tres de la tarde y al despertarnos les pedimos que nos organizaran el transfer, a los que nos respondieron que tendriamos que haberlo pedido con un dia de antelacion. Señora, usted sabe mi dia de check out, podria haberse preocupado y preguntarnos... Hubieron dos noches que nos quedamos sin cenar, porque estaba todo cerrado o necesitabas reserva. Por ello yo recomendaría subir un poco el presupuesto en Fakarava y alojarse en un sitio que tenga mayores servicios.

Excellent location for enjoying the beach, for diving- dive center Dive Spirit next door🤩❣️ North pass for diving is just 15 minutes boat ride away and had much more sharks than south pass. You get kayaks for free, can rent scooter to go around. It is also good place for snorkelling. We had breakfast and dinner- excellent food😃. Thanks🤩❣️

FAKARAVA - Teariki Lodge 2, que tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza, dispone de alojamiento en Fakarava con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. Its really quiet , the bungalow is big. new fans , surprisingly good internet which is very useful to contact local hire and tour people. bed comfortable. basic cooking facilites but all you need. if we had had any break in the cloud I bet the stars would have been amazing. the people managing the property were quietly helpful and tolerant of our terrible/ non existant french. we hired an electric scooter from faka tere which was good value, they dropped off and picked up the scooter for a small fee and were really friendly- would highly recommend as then its super easy to get around. they let us have late check out which was so appreciated , as somewhat limited options otherwise, unless you arrange to go to the airport direct from a tour. we found everyone we encoutered very friendly and it felt very safe. we wished we had more time to stay for either the weather to clear or to settle in to atol pace of life. the rugged ocean side the bungalow is on does have amazing shells and coral beach and at night all you hear is the waves (and in our case the wind and rain ). we briefly used the pool, even though it was raining it was still quite humid and was a nice way to cool off as its not possible to swim in the ocean due the reef.

Fafapiti Lodge Fakarava está en Fakarava y cuenta con vistas al mar, bicicletas gratis, jardín, zona de playa privada, salón de uso común y terraza. The host was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the surroundings were serene and beautiful.

Fareana Lodge exceeded our expectations.ln fact it was by far our favourite place to stay in all of the islands. The bungalow was one of two in the property. It had everything we might need, stories and clean. The location was great, It was right on the edge of the lagoon which has the most amazing snorkeling right from the beach. There are also complimentary kayaks and bicycles. The lodge is 15kms from town, but there is a small supermarket 5kms äway.. if we needed anything, the hosts were always there to help us out. The hosts, Isabelle and Kelly were just so amazing, friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the village and organised our transfer to the airport. They were always checking if we needed anything.. We arrived as guests, but left as friends. We would have no hesitation recommending Fareana Lodge
