I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prudential Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant, was courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Front office staff are wonderful.
The hotel's location was convenient and very near to Airport, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Whether it was dining at the restaurant, enjoying the facilities, or simply interacting with the staff, everything exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Prudential Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The warm hospitality. It was just a stone throw away from the airport. What a relief, especially with delayed flights. missing luggage, we just walked from the arrival lounge into the warm welcome of the reception at the hotel. Rajan was very accommodating and looked into every our needs.

Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy was amazing , very traditional and authentic touch.
Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly.
The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene.
Security staff very welcoming and professional.
Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .

People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

It is less filled with tourists than Kathmandu or Thamel and seems to me more authentic. The Durbar square is amazing, as well as the small local temples and stupas. You can find delicious food everywhere, whatever you want, and people are very nice. You can get around on foot, but if you want to go to Kathmandu itself or to Bhaktapur, you can take a car via the Indrive app.

Of the 3 medieval Durbar Squares I visited (Patan, Kathmandu and Bhaktapur), I was most impressed by Patan's. Maybe because it was so easily accessible to my lodging (I was able to walk there twice), and the smallest of the three; or very possibly due to its being my introduction to the stunning architecture of the Newar culture and the history of Hinduism & Buddhism in Nepal. I recommend a full day to see the temples and do the museum justice; a guide is definitely a plus, to get the most out of your visit.
