Shalom Villa, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Rajagiriya, 8.8 km from R Premadasa Stadium, 10 km from Khan Clock Tower, as well as 26 km from Leisure World. Great joint. Room is little hence the name economy single room.  There's no windows so wouldn't recommend staying for longer than two or 3 nights. But they do have other doubel sized rooms if you wanna stay for longer.The place is spot on. Clean and well Maintained. The house owners are kind and reasonable people as well. I don't know what the previous asian lady was talking about but they do provide free WIFI and no dramas with the toilet tissues. Overall brilliant place for a visit. Get some business done or for a good night sleep before you hit your long trip.
