The kitchen had everything you would need to use.The location was perfect for on route back to the uk easy to find and with off road parking, and if you crossed back under the motorway from the accommodation there is a massive shopping complex.

It was beautiful and many hiking trails to those who like to hike. It’s breathtaking. The snow mountains and spring blossoms were striking. The people were so kind and everyone we met on the streets greeted us as we passed. The food were yummy and affordable. However the Roman theatre was closed and Pila cable car services were Unavailable as it was off season. (We went on April 22nd)

It is a studio appartment.
It is a studio appartment. The pictures on the site makes wrong impression. It seems there bigger. With a view but acctualy ther is no view. It is equipt well & clean . But, we couldn't take a shower beacause something broke there. The owner was not there to take care of it. He sent his partner but she couln't fix it. Disepointment!

So much to see around Aosta -- much of it in the Parc du Nationale Paradiso. AWESOME. I would have loved to have at least one or two more days there and wanted to see the Teatro Romano but it was closed and won't re-open til September 2025. Be aware however, that driving in all these areas is NOT for the faint hearted. The roads are incredibly twisty and windy and narrow and there's the occasional one lane only bridge or two to negotiate. And there are many roundabouts to get you here and there. Best bet: get the SYM card for the country and load and install maps when you have wi-fi, so you can find some of the tiny and not-immediately apparent turn-offs.

It’s a pretty town.
It’s a pretty town. I had great meals at different restaurants. There were some interesting archeological sites. The town had entertainment in the main square both night I was there. But it was the weekend.

Will defiantly visit again, hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful . I even got to practice some Italian, even the locals helped along and phrased when it was right and politely corrected when it was not quite correct. The whole area needs exploring in more detail and I cannot wait to go back and find out more about what Aosta has to offer.

Aosta is situated in a beautiful valley in the Italian Alps. There are many, many activities available, from hiking in the mountains, exploring the side valleys and the Gran Paradiso National Park to visiting some of the 84 castles. The restaurants are good and reasonably priced. It's a great base for a holiday!
