I also want to thank Luis, the Chef Concierge, for helping me discover the best that Chicago has to offer. Your recommendations made my trip much more enjoyable! Aaliyah at the front desk deserves a heartfelt thank you for assisting me with an early check-in. Your kindness and efficiency made a great start to my stay. Additionally, Alice at Terrace 16 provided top-notch service during my meals, making each dining experience delightful. I must also express my gratitude to the entire housekeeping staff, bellmen, security personnel, and all employees of this magnificent hotel. Your hard work and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and genuinely enhanced my experience. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. Centrally located along the Chicago River in the famous Loop business district, this hotel features in-room spa services, and a 24-hour gym. Super location, super stuff. Great food at the restaurant. Very big rooms. The hotel is new. And the best thing is free coffee and water at the lobby.

Less than a mile away from Grant Park and Millennium Park, this historic boutique hotel is located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood and features an on-site restaurant and state-of-the-art 24-hour... It was perfect. The location to all places I wanted to go to, and so near the blue line that takes you to the airport for $ 2.50 The staff was kind and very helpful. I felt very secure. The cleaning staff did a great job. I think next time I will include this hotel on my next trip.
