Me and my husband brought my mom and dad to Istanbul for the first time and we had an amazing time thanks to Gleam Collection Hotel and their staff. The hotel was close-by to all of the main locations we wanted to visit (Nişantaşi, Taksim, Beşiktaş), rooms were clean and spacious, the outside area was lovely and you couldn’t even sit down when the staff had already offered you a drink. All of the employees were so lovely and accommodating, but we are especially thankful for Yusuf and Caner, who even stopped the traffic for us 😁 Thank you!

Despite being in the heart of Sultanahmet, the nights were quiet and peaceful, far from the noise of tourist crowds. There are several rooftop restaurants nearby offering stunning views over Istanbul, which added a magical touch to our evenings. We were traveling by car, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a free parking spot right at the entrance – something we truly appreciated. The entire staff was amazing – always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The reception team even helped us book a Bosphorus tour, which we absolutely recommend 100%. Our room was comfortable for two people and had everything we needed. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and daily maintenance – a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast was good and varied. I was happy to see that, with prior notice, the kitchen was able to accommodate my request for gluten-free bread. Overall, this was a wonderful stay that exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you for making our time in Istanbul so special!
