The rooms are excellent, the pool is really nice and the staff are wonderful

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

The staff- They were all accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests. Location- very close to the beach, they have a lot of swimming pools plus the location of the pools are well-shaded you can swim even if its too hot you wont feel the hot scorching weather. I love the breakfast spread, coz I love their all Filipino spread. Value for money I guess, from the time of the transfers from land to sea, everything was made convenient. The rooms are spacious. The facilities are just nice to enjoy your vacation. Everything was well thought off. The bed is so comfy and you will feel its really clean.

Offering an indoor pool, Villa Sunset Boracay is located on Station 2. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning. Loved it here, wished we'd stayed longer. It's a quiet oasis away from the hubbub but close to everything, including the beach a minute's walk away. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Excellent AC, bathroom and TV, and nice large comfy bed. Pool area was lovely and staff were brilliant - we had a hot water issue which they resolved very quickly. Also had fast and reliable WiFi.

Great hotel. A 10/10. Kudos to the management for having everything so well organized and planned which is not easy for a hotel of this scale. I was really impressed with the simple details that make the difference. Definitely will be back!
