The staff was amazing with recommendations, and support on booking a private car, and even helping us find a tour we wanted to take. The breakfast was out of this world, probably the best we had in our whole trip to Italy, with so many options and all of them delicious. The rooms are very new and well-decorated. The shower is so good, and the beds very comfy.
