The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff. The manager Wang xiaoyan is super nice and helpful. My kids and me enjoyed our time stay in the hotel. Definitely visit again!

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.

It was super clean and the staff was very friendly, the space for the hotel room is enormous, and complementary drink was also available, also at the Center of chengdu . Highly recommended by the Lonely Planet Guidebook, Teddy Bear Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mount Emei Scenic Area. It houses a teddy bear themed Café and accommodation with free internet access. The room was clean and the facilities were all working well. What I liked most about this accomodation however was the staff, especially Andy. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who will go out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared for whatever it is you want done. His information saved us, and he is an expert in what he does, pleasing and going beyond for his clients.

Welcoming, friendly and relaxed hotel. There was a great variety of choice at breakfast. Taxis were easily available at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
