Amazing location, right across the sea and in the town centr! Elena is great and so warm! She welcomed us and showed us around the property and we immediately felt at home. We would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The villa is very cozy, with a beautifully maintained green area. It is located in a lush, green setting, surrounded by forest. If you are looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and avoid tourist crowds, this is the perfect spot. The villa has everything you might need, actually, even more than we expected. I want to highlight how incredibly clean it was! This impeccable cleanliness, along with the warm welcome from Giulia and Liliya, the owners, made us feel truly at home. They told us about the area and the surroundings and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Giulia is incredibly knowledgeable, you can ask her anything about the region or Italy in general. She can recommend unique places worth visiting or share helpful tips. Even while staying at the villa, we felt completely at home. Everything was so comfortable, there was nothing to complain about at all. We would love to come back again!

Upon arrival, the staff immediately took the initiative to take care of our car, luggage, to clearly communicate room readiness, to personally guide us around the hotel and to give a tailored explanation about how we could optimally spend our time in Sestri Levante. We were helped in French (other guests in German or English) in a most perfect manner. I have never enjoyed this kind of personalised welcome in any other hotel.

The staff was very helpful, great hospitality! The hotel itself was located perfectly on the peninsula end of the tombolo, easy to walk around in the city centre and to go to both beaches. The rooms were wonderful, charming stairs brings you around. Great breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar. Everything was perfect!
