Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The setting is beautiful! The hotel was very comfortable. We enjoyed gathering as a family in the lounge . The food was quite good . The staff was helpful, particularly arranging excursions and advising us on hikes . This is one of my favorite places we stayed in Chile .

Amazing location with wonderful views of Rio Serrano. The staff were so helpful especially Francisco and Paula. The chef was fabulous with the dinners —wow.

The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.
