Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and so comfortable with an amazing view outside the window. The restaurant was fabulous, every dishes we ordered were very delicious. And also morning buffet which had varieties of food, was very good.
Charming rooms with rustic wood furnishings can be enjoyed at the banks of the Serrano River.

The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.

Postcard views in all directions! Beautiful mountains, glaciers, turquoise lakes, wow! Hiking is superb, for all levels; there are short and easy hikes, and there are ultimately difficult and strenuous hikes that would challenge anyone. We did a bit of both (not too strenuous, but I hiked/ran up to the Mirador Las Torres and it was enough for me and I am pretty fit). I didn’t research Chile or Torres del Paine before we booked and I am totally blown away by the diversity of its landscapes, the good wines, the good food, and the good people here. Totally recommended..!

We did day walks not the W or O trails.
We did day walks not the W or O trails. Weather is a key factor and we had snow, rain and beautiful clear skies over 4 days.
If doing the Mirador Torres be at the start by 8:30 or earlier. The v fit can do the walk in 7 hours or so. We took 8 1/2 , finishing around 6pm.
We did shorter walks too, morning and afternoon, and had great views of the mountains and iceberg on lake grey.

Torres del Paine too vast.
Torres del Paine too vast. You need a sturdy car not only to get to the amazing popular places but also to maneuver on some of the unpaved and gravel roads. There are few places to eat and hardly any grocery stores, so stock up on food before entering the park.

Torres del Paine is amazing, the mountains are really almost unreal in their beauty. Distances are far even to get to different places within the park, but the views along the way are stunning and its to be expected. The trails are well marked and there are many options. There are opportunities for hard core hikers and adventurers as well as those who might only do day trips or short walks for the views. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I went to the Torres del Paine National Park in March 2020. It was such a large and wonderful national park! So much to see and experience! We love the six days we spent there. On the first day we went on a 10 hour hiking tour to the three towers. It was raining and took us more than 10 hours round trip, very tiring. The rest of the days are clear, we can see the big horns so clearly from our hotel- Vista the Paine. We then went to the Salto Grande, many mirados near the lake Pehoe and the Glacier Grey. We took many photos. The only negative is that there is no gas station in the park, we nearly ran out of gas on the second day. Fortunately the park ranger helped us to find another hotel where they provided us with 20 litters of gas. I would recommend this part to anyone interested in Patagonia!

My wife and I stayed in the national park for 6 days- the park is huge, a lot of beautiful viewpoints including the Salto Grande, and big horns and the three towers /Torres del Paine. But the roads in the park are all gravel roads very bumpy and hard to drive on. You cannot drive fast and it consumes a lot of gasoline. There is no gas station in the park! You 'd better bring extra gas in 20 litter buckets if you plan to stay longer than 1-2 days. We ate at the Pampa restaurant in Rio Serrano village. It is an excellent restaurant! We went on a one-day hike to the Torres del Paine but it was raining. It took us more than ten hours -very long and difficult one, especially when the weather is bad. You'd better be fit and prepared with hiking poles, multi-layers and rain gears.

You won’t ever forget the first time you walk in this property after a long trip to Patagonia. The wood burner warms you and the views of the mountains take your breath away. The host was warm and attentive. Some of the existing reviews imply a hostel type vibe but these are private rooms and bathrooms with a well accustomed kitchen. This is more a lodge than a hotel but not a hostel. Would recommend but bring groceries!
This was by far the best place we stayed and the best bargain at Torres del Paine. We payed far less and got far more than any of the other three places we stayed in/around the park (which might not be saying much, everything else was insanely expensive - this place is very basic and rustic, but comforable and warm, staff were great, views were unbelievable.
The hotel room provided us with a magnificent view facing the Grey Glacier and the Torres del Paine mountains. There was one fantastic member of the restaurant during breakfast who spoke good English, was welcoming and very helpful. She is in the wrong job...move her to the reception please. She will do a fabulous job.
the pictures I took don’t do it justice. the cabin was absolutely beautiful. it was the perfect size for our group, very clean, and had amazing views. if we get the chance to come back to Patagonia we will definitely try to stay here again. host also can arrange tours including tracking pumas which would be awesome.
The main lodge looked out over the Torres del Paine, with the Serrano river as foreground. Absolutely stunning. There were comfortable chairs and picnic tables on the lawn in front of the lodge, a great place to admire the view. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Staff were kind and helpful.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff, especially the front desk ladies, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. John in the restaurant provided excellent service, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. The comfortable bed and beautiful view added to the positive stay.
Really, I loved everything. The domes were ultra-cool. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept on during my entire stay in Patagonia. Showers and bathroom facilities were all fine. The food was spectacular - best food in Patagonia. Great atmosphere, and super friendly staff.
Everything about this place was exactly what I could've wanted and/or needed for two nights in Torres del Paine. Patrick and Simón are a great hosting duo, and they treat every guest like a personal friend. I hope to return someday - cannot recommend them highly enough!
The view from the hotel is amazing and Frontdesk staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is exactly what a National Park lodge room looks like, simple, clean, comfortable and environmentally friendly. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it to everyone.
Cute little place. Comfortable and clean. Good location very near the national park entrance. Nice staff. Ridiculously high priced for wha5 it is but then it’s still the cheapest place so close to the park. Not a great breakfast.
Enjoyed experiencing a taste of rural Patagonian ranching tradition. Room was comfortable and had wonderful decor. Location was closer to national park than most but still a long drive. Delicious breakfast in separate cookhouse.
Good location in the base to Torres del Paine. Confortable and nice view and surroundings for short walks Food in the restaurant when open was good
Dani In the front desk was always very helpful with questions and other issues
Amazing location with a world class view of Torres del Paine. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The spa and massage facilities were exceptional after finishing the “O” trek in the park.
The view. The hotel is nestled in nature. The designed is unique having the rooms branching off from the main building. We enjoyed looking at 3 baby foxes playing while dinning.
Very nice views out of the rooms (if you pay extra for this...). Comfortable bed. The location just outside of Torres del Paine is excellent for visiting the Park
