should have done a little more research as to how much there was to do & planned the time better. Lots of good offers. We ate at a different location each night. we found the town easy to get round - most places were within easy walking distance.

The Pomme D'Or Hotel is perfectly placed (50 meters from main bus station) for using the efficient and frequent bus services to all parts of the Island. An easy walk out to the best parts of St Helier. For extra special fish meal Quayside restaurant is just across the road. Not cheap but superb food in a lovely room/terrace. Just a perfect place to be in Jersey.

Easy access for all of Jersey from the 10 minute bus station. Beach and cafe within 5 minutes walk. Elizabeth Castle and the Marina view from our room and to the left was the stunning beach. Very interesting and necessary history all round to learn about the hardships of the Island over the years and how they have prospered since. Loads of lovely restaurants for a variety of choice. Get a 1, 2 or 3 day bus pass and just hop on and off when a place takes your fancy!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

Very posh and excellent value for the price we paid. Room 228 is small, but we were out sight seeing every day so the size was never an issue. Staff were exceptional. Paul the concierge welcomed us on arrival, handled our bags and showed us our room. He went through the emergency evacuation procedures thoroughly. I have never had hotel staff do that. The Whitley Neil rhubarb and ginger gin and tonic is the best gin and tonic I have ever had! Breakfasts were impeccable.
The hotel is right on the beach like seconds away and not far from the main centre; with bust stops minute away. The room is your typical basic but very comfortable with ensuite. It was clean, towels, soaps, tea, coffee, kettle and biscuit provided. Break was better than expected. There is a menu, you choose and it gets cooked fresh for you. Staff were very friendly and helpful of what to do on the island. I would 100% recommend and stay there again.
The hotel / apart is basic but spotless - including linen & towels. The staff were lovely, ever so helpful. We didn’t use the bar but did take advantage of the balcony which we had with our room. Great value for money, a kitchenette with everything you would need but we didn’t use it apart from the kettle & toaster. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the same to the sea front.
Although very dated in decor and facilities, the hotel offered all the amenities that we had expected. The size of the room was very good. We found that things on Jersey were generally quite expensive, especially eating out but this hotel offered good value for money.
Staff were excellent especially the lovely Portugese lady who looked after us for breakfast.
Hotel is well placed for easy walking access to town centre, bus station etc , and also lying on four bus routes. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast is good, with something for everyone but not quite as wide a selection as found elsewhere. Swimming pools well maintained and enjoyable to use (perfect temperatures!)
The helpful, welcoming staff, the spacious en-suite room, easy access during the day, short walk to the town centre (via the nearby tunnel under the castle) and the super breakfasts! In fact, the hotel was BETTER than the description given on Booking.com.
Thoight this hotel was excellent value for money. Breakfast excellent. Bedroom small but adequate. Sockets and mirrors in the right places. Functional. Would visit again
Rooftop terrace very nice. T and coffee facilities in room very good.
This was our first experience of the Radisson Blu hotel in Jersey and we were delighted from start to finish with our stay. We have had many holidays in Jersey and this hotel and its staff were terrific. Thank you for making our stay so positive.
I usually stay at the Hotel de France during my trips to Jersey. It has a car park and is located in St Helier. The rooms are quiet and it's all very convenient. However, it's now pricing itself out of the market.
